Washington Co Ks
This is something new to me so I don;t know a lot about it. My understanding was that they would sample different areas of the field and the fertlizer would be applied to each area as needed. I was shone maps of others fields and there were areas of different colors in the same field and they would sample each area and fertlize accordingly. Mine came back with each whole field all one color. I'm ready to plant wheat so I guess I'll just fertlize as always and try VRT next year. The guy that I deal with locally agrees with me that something is wrong and is going to have them redo it but I don't want to wait to plant. Thanks for the advice. I was looking forward to start trying this as I don't know how many more years I'll still farm. Oh well if it wasn't for problems what would we do with all of our time?
