| I've planted with either. Last year I planted milo and tillage radish with the smaller red 30 cell plates. This year my radish seed was larger and coated so I thought it fit in the larger blue 30 cell plates better. My planter came with both sets but most of the seed fits the red plate better and this was the first time I've ever used the blue plates. If they have both sets in stock I'd suggest taking the seed you intend to plant to the dealer and see which plate fits better.
