my guess is that your combines rotor is wore or the knives or blades aren't new.
Was with a neighbor who had a JD 9510 on a 20 ft head with worn cylinder bars that was slugging beans through, and our combine with 9500 and 25 ft platform was handling everything fine. When these parts wear out after all the hours, it is time to replace some parts.
