NW central IL | boy you got a lemon i think, mine, s680, has a ton of capacity over my 9870. power allows 3500-5000bph at high speeds with a 12 row stalkmaster head. im not sure how, i know the fuel tank is only 25gal bigger, but i can run all day on 3/4 of a tank. 9870 was flashing at me by the 12th hour. yet it says on the gee-wiz it burns more?????? took me a half a round to clean up the sample of cobs.
i think you need to get on your dealer, the motor in mine cant be heard at all, but its a real late one, like aug build. maybe it is the door? now the cab mounts squeaking is another story, but told theres a pip for after fall.....
had a few things not right from factory, but very pleased now....nice to have a machine with plenty of capacity for once
