Will the 'straight head' rice have any seeds, or will is just be a 'goofy' shape???? I've personally never seen it, just been told by 'old timers' that you can't grow rice on old cotton land because it won't make a head due to the arsenic in the soil. Not only MSMA and DSMA but also the calcium arsenic (and God knows what else) that was used in the 20's and 30's.
