I got a couple whips with flags on 'em. They work fine, but the durability of the flag ain't much. Then you just got a whip with no end on it. Rattle paddles seem to work good, especially with calves and sheep. I like a regular sorting stick for cows for reach and to give her a poke to turn her or get her going.
