Senior, Which direction is the China corn situation sobering in? Do they need alot or are they gonna start exporting again.

As far as the fed is concerned they are in the box that JS has been describing for several years: If they lower rates they lower the value of the dollar and speed up inflation. If they raise rates, they will slow the economy which increases the fed and state budget deficits because it reduces tax revenue. This also is dollar negative. Dollar negative is ussually U.S. grain positive. Either way the fed is in a box. It seems Bernanke has chosen lower rates. It seems that inflation is more palatable than recession which Jim Ridgers recently said we are already in.
