West Chazy, New York | I had a friend in college who worked at a company that packaged meals for elderly and homebound clients. It was all government inspected. Any time they opened a package of meat, cheese, or any other perishable product they wee required to throw away any portion not used; sometimes almost a whole roll of meat or cheese if only a few slices had been used. One time they got cases of individually wrapped snack cakes and one of the cardboard boxes had a small hole in it. The whole box was condemned. | |
