Subject: RE: Should we ever sell anything?

Central IL
I sold '08 wheat last week for $7.00 (10% of expected crop) posted price is now $7.54. Oops. Makes me think I should now sell some at $7.54 to offset the $7.00 sale. But then it will hit $8.00 and then what. Eventually I'll run out of expected production to sell for less than I could've gotten if I'd have waited.

I don't know the answer but I am all too familiar with the feeling.

Not sure what to do with old crop beans now that they've broken $11 local cash bid. Tell me again why I sold some earlier this year?

Haven't pulled the trigger yet on '08 corn. FWIW.
