It certainly was the case in the 80's. However we saw ground deflate to as much as 1/3 of it's previuos value. Mid 80's value vs. late 70's value. However if the fed's fire up the press's to a major extent we could see just the opposite. Inflating prices repaid with cheaper dollars.
