custar ohio | Two things to remember for control. Schulze is right about the 24D and dicamba in the fall. 1 pint of Rangestar for me did the trick. Also, any vertical tillage I performed this spring eliminated them. The strips I left next to homes or ditches (to prevent blowing cornstalks) were loaded with MT. I have a sandy field that is a MT disaster. It was sprayed last fall with 24D and Roundup. Sprayed Valor,24D,glyphosate this spring then notilled. I noticed lots of small MT at planting and we used Sharpen before bean emergence. Three weeks later they were back and the following glyphosate application did very little. What an embarrassment. | |
