What do you use for your sauce? I liked all the Wurst that we had. I also liked all the Sauerkraut except one place we at at Freudelstadt that was a little strong for my liking. We also tried several kinds of Schnitzel. It was all good. Spaetzle was good also. Our hosts served us Maultaschen or German ravioli.
