New Mexico
they simply change their thought process / operating diametric.

Totally drop the income tax and go to a sales tax on everything.
The consumer pays all the taxes anyway.

Imports: 2% tax as they hit the dock. AND pick up another 2% as it moves over Walmart sales counter.
( granted the afore works to a total of 4%, however usa cos will scam the deal if not charged at the dock )

Stocks, bonds, financial instrument markets 2% as they trade ( this largest usa supposed gdp sector is currently not taxed at all, over 50% of the gdp )
( to tax hats, it's best to be where the heads are so to speak )

Wages salaries sold 2%.
That's a huge drop in tax as compared to what the consumer pays in income tax now, SOO there's the financial boom hidden in the sales tax diametric.

Everything in agri, 2% as sold ( farmers likely whine for a week, keep in mind sales tax is added on to any sale thus it's the buyer who pays it ).

The keys to heaven: 2% as that church counts the Sunday till etc..

EVERYTHING the usa govt purchases: 6% sales tax added on as sold to them,
Including 6% of wages salaries etc sold to em.
( since the govt sells alot of debt instruments, the afore works out to some long term prepaid interest, That eventually helps negative numbers debt balances )

The graduate to 6% fo govt is for several reasons:
THINK before you spend it.
SHRINKS numbers of those who will want to work for the govt.
