North Central Illinois | We've got rootworm that are becoming resistant to the VT3 trait. The Smartstax does a much better job on the rootworm. Trouble is that in many cases the VT3 is still out yielding the Smartstax hybrids. Many people are using insecticide on all VT3 acres instead of just on the refuge. VT3 with insecticide is out yielding Smartstax and non gmo or strait RR with insecticide. | |
