On my recent trip I set out to try the same breakfast at different places across the country. It's called different names in various places and involves choices of the meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) eggs (fried hard/over easy/scrambled) and the toast (white or wheat) I usually choose bacon, over easy, and wheat, along with hashbrowns. I like tabasco sauce on the hashbrowns, but ketchup will do.

A couple days ago in Sturgis I had breakfast at a new place in an old location that I hadn't tried yet. They called it the "Traditional breakfast". I chose bacon and over easy. One new twist I had never encountered before was they offered sourdough toast. Hadn't had sourdough anything for ages and it was good.

If you are ever in Sturgis, this was at Goodine's on Junction Ave which is the main drag on the south end of town in the former Mom's Drive-In location. And they serve breakfast all day if you so desire.
