Southern Alberta Canada | Remember, if most of your work is within two way radio range anyway, a cell phone is far more convenient and cheaper then a repeater setup. Chances are you already have a cell your paying for anyway. But radios are real handy near the hub of activity for sure. You can call your truck driver a few times a day when he/she is out of range and communicate with him/her and all your nearby operators and such via the two way radio at your site. It doesn't make sense to buy another subscription or expensive equipment for occasional comunication. | |
