Guard rail with RR tie posts really looks like the way to go if you can find some at a reasonable price. I put some up around a waterer/holding area.

The key thing in this setup, as I'm sure you know Chad, is getting the posts in the right spot to match the standard predrilled holes and lengths of highway guard rail. If the posts are in the right spot things go up relatively easily. If the posts are NOT in the right spot or vertical things do not go up easily....
