Hello Jim, I used mostly used recyled ones at $4-5. Found new ones, solid oak for $8. Picked up most of my ties when a company pulled out quite a bit of track a few years ago. Ties now go for around $12 but need to pick before loading. Never buy ties in a bundle! Alot of ties around here went to Colorado for landscape use.
