Sugar x2. I've been using the Mrs Wages pasta sauce the last 2 years. I use 1 packet in 3 qts of tomato sauce and a heaping 1/2 cup of sugar. Can at 10 lbs for 40 minutes. Package says 5 pints and 1/4 cup of sugar. I say that's too tart.
