5 H, have you ate grass fed, usually over 30 mos, lots of grizzle, no taste, those that are on the 'deal' think this is beef, when in fact they are the vegetarians that gave up on their total veggie diet, they reconized they needed to eat something more, 'grass fed', slightly something more. Takes a whole lotta time, us in NA don't have the time, 14-15 mos to harvest, tender and taste'ee, ever heard on CERTIFIED ANGUS, or ONTARIO CORNFED, consumers that buy beef target branded beef products, yes, some are grass fed also, not sustainable. You have driv'n down some main roads in cities near you lately, I am sure, see any burger joints closing?
Noop, in fact there are no 'BURGER BARS', high end ground beef, and these are 1/2 to 1 lb burgers of sirlion, yes, 25 bucks for a burger at a BURGER BAR, 21 bucks for a steak at MONTANA's, grass fed beef, limited market. USA BEEF, continues to set new records for export, surely you know the reason, BEST BEEF IN THE WORLD! Give us some weather, give us some commodity adjustments, NA beef production will be BACK, soon!
