I've been wanting to try one of these too. I think one would need a headband of some sort..to keep your mouth closed up on the mouthpiece. I have an overbite and a slightly receeding jaw. If I push my jaw forward while laying on my back....I know I can breathe better. Hospitals want $2600 bucks for a sleep test...I'm pretty sure I don't need one.
