moments of profitability are for the commoner, when you are shipping milk from 20,000+ cows you are making profit on every cwt of milk leaving the farm, they are the core to the end users supply base and they are likely rewarded to guarantee that supply, the smaller dairies just top off the tanks and have to compete for the privelege
