Northern Illinois | Just search Form 2290. Make sure you have the form for July 1,2011 thru June 30,2012. Make sure as you need that one to get plates now. Complete it and take to the closest IRS office and get it stamped. Look at Part 2 on the form. This is the area that would apply to you to show suspended tax. You can populate the form on line and print it off. As far as that goes you could do this years 12/13 and get it stamped also. | |
