Menards has a subfloor just for concrete basement floors,,,its called dry lock or something like that,,,it is 2 foot squares of a wood substance with a plastic/rubber honeycomb backing on it that keeps it off direct floor contact...I see it back by concrete backer board area,,,there is also info posted on the outside wide plywood aisle inside the store.
