Could be, Martin. According to the research, too many could be dead from the drought. to recharge with recent rains. I think it would be very site specific. I have pulled or dug beans with no nodules, few nodules and highly nodulated. Cover crops and inoculants are usually in the mix in the highly nodulated ones.

I don't see it as fear mongering at all because Beuerline doesn't seem to do that to me. If I see him I will ask.

I did send my Sabrex corn roots in to a scientist friend for analysis and inoculated beans and they both had good colonies.
