Ironically... the fluke DOES read the pulses. It's just that the display mabey can't produce a readout as quick as the meter can read. Mine has a min/mean/max/avg function and I just set it to record. You catch the max and avg values and you know what you have...
The cheap meter doesn't even sense the pulse.... so it just reads the value.
What brand off multimeter to buy??????
