Fluke is what we used in college for electrical / electronic troubleshooting of farm machinery. I have had a Fluke ever since I was there. As far as high voltage goes, I would want to trust a multimeter that is an industry standard vs the cheapo. From the looks on here, I would guess that those that went cheap and lost will be standing before the Good Lord and he will say "I would have used a FLUKE". :)
