| Well, I didn't do a very good job this week. The beginning of the week I did an excellent job, probably shorting myself too much on calories. Then on Friday I decided, "This is too much, I'm close to 200 pounds, I'm going to splurge". Ended up with well over 4000 calories that day. Then two days later I had another, more moderate splurge of 2000 or so calories. Even with those, I'm down 1.5 on my scale weight and 1.6 on my trend weight. I am quite happy to finally be below 200 pounds on my trend weight, but I'm in a weak position right now. I've been on several diets and anytime I get down to the 200 range, I become less concerned about being on my way to 250 pounds so I relax. Then 6 months later I'm getting worried I'm on my way to 250 so I start trying again. I guess I need to buckle down and keep the trend going towards my goal weight this time.
