east central ND		IF I remeber right, this type of cylinder requires a plastic tool. If you have the seal kit, I think it should have a tapered plastic tool/ ring you put into the pictured internal snap ring grove. It just fills the grove and keeps the hidden snap ring compressed on the end cap and lets it slide out of the bore.
