Are the two hoppers on a single slab? We have a 3000 bph leg that feeds 4-4000bu hoppers, and they all sit on a single slab. We wanted to avoid the guy wires also, so we used solid pipe from the distributor to the bins. Has worked well for 15 or so years.

If you can tie the slabs together with what the leg will sit on, it should work great. A 2000 bph leg should be easy to find, and a simple k valve instead of a distributor or two way.
