Around here the feed delivery trucks have a pneumatic system onboard to unload and blow into your bin, if yours don't I would lean towards one of the system like the links have, before i would consider a leg., The simple systems are blow only so you would need a conveyor to get from hopper to air-lock, not simple ones can suck and blow. Roof auger would be my next choice. Is one bin a lot shorter than the other? A "y" at top of your auger hit both bins without moving??
