Thanks for the info! Still leaning towards the Hawkins but going to do some more research. We do have header height control and row sense and I'm hoping we will be able to use both to keep from pulling our hair out. We will start picking at 30% and hopefully have a good chunk out before we start beans. Also thinking about getting another combine to do soys and help with the corn when finished. Goin to be a slow process and I think having a good operator in the cab will make a big difference. I am also thinking one guy won't be able to run the combine all day long without going crazy, so finding experienced operators for replacements will be key.
