NC ND | have tried three times to get the hyd tank sight glass, on a 1994 machine, the ones I have have a pipe thread, all plastic and I think an o-ring, roughly 1/2" thread.
Have been given ones with no thread, look like they would have a threaded retainer ring, and a set with a large brass pipe thread much to big. Parts guys don't know what do, have spent a bit of time with JD parts website and I understand why they can't find anything different. Anyone got any ideas or do I need to take a couple of plastic 90 degree hose barbs and a piece of hose to replace the stripped outsight glass?
