NE ND | On the marketshare claim, when I left the company about 4 yrs ago, at that point in time we were somewhere between 60 and 70%. Don't know where they are today, but I'm sure its close. From my experience the mods are usually never a big deal, most of the PIPs are pidly stuff, like changing out a pulley, or tightener, or something small. Yes, a windshield falling out is pretty pathetic. What really sucks is when you hire the glass guy to go out and install one in an 8020 series tractor, and he basically breaks it on install and says due to their "policy" they only insure glass that they supplied. Come on. It could be worse though......at least these things don't have the worthless 60 series moisture sensor. There isn't enough room on NAT to explain how crappy those are. I'll agree with another post that in 2004 I saw a hell of a lot of CIH 8010s standing at the edge of the field with the gull wing doors up and a dealer truck parked there most of the day. | |
