Pictures a bit small -- does it have four retractable rail wheels? Most "hi-rail" pickup trucks lower the rail wheels so the rubber tires are still touching the rail and driving the vehicle. I've seen heavy equipment with rail wheels that raise the rubber tires off the rails, but the tires contact the rail wheels. You must then put it in reverse to go forward.
