i'd try both out... we did. ended up with new xp 800 with power steering.. both are nice machines.. for us the local dealer and the fact they are built 10 minutes from me helped.. we have loaded,,probably more correct saying over loaded it picking rock and it never misses a beat plenty of power... we have a mule and the ranger and both have a place but here our ranger sure seems to get used alot..
