Mather, Manitoba | Got a slip tank and 12v pump already?
We flip the wires over so pump is running backwards, unscrew the nozzle and use that end to suck the fuel out of the tank. Just make sure you don't overfill the slip tank. We suck all the machines down when we park them. No use having a full 4wd fuel tank in the off season... that's 3 4wds and 3 combines, 2 fwas..... adds up. Put it back into the bulk and run it through the semi. | |
