northwest tennessee | I have had it before and feed Aureomycin 50 at the rate of 2.5 pounds per 50 pounds of mineral. I havent had any since mixing Aureomycin with mineral. The last case I had was about 15 years ago. It usually starts in August and goes into fall. It is carried mainly by horse flies so when they get bad you had better be ready. I start feeding the antibiotic in June to have a level in them that will prevent it. | |
