The more common brand will have more competition selling parts and whole components for the brand that has hundreds of the same machine running all over the US...Therefore, the hyd pump can be had for $5,000 for a reman Cat...Don't go ahead and let it shuck out through the hyd system, it will cost more than the pump to chase the cuttings out the other end.
