Hazelton, Kansas | Wicket,
I have a set of 0.4" round hole sieves for my 9600s. I have used them on wheat, soybeans, and milo. The holes aren't large enough for corn.
In the right conditions, they do an amazing job, especially on beans. Its the best way i know of to deal with green pods.
However, in droughty beans, small, unthreshed pods tend to plug the holes. In tough wheat, unthreshed heads can plug the holes.
I think a Peterson sieve would be the ticket. I had a Peterson chaffer once and really liked it. I switched to fixed airfoil chaffers, and I miss the ability to adjust.
