sw ontario
if your problem is compresion leaking into coolant I have had luck with "Water Glass" (SODIUM SILICATE) Had to order at drug store $40 for gallon?? .Drain coolant, flush system couple times, fill with water, get to operating temperature, then add ?1/2 - 1 quart Water Glass. Then run hard (give 'er hell LOL) A chemical reacation occurs with hot exhaust gas to seal leak ... After a few days, drain water glass and refill with normal coolant. I've had this work as a permanent fix. Also, I've had some luck with "Iron Tight" - should be available at parts store. Good Luck! Both these could get you a few more years out of the motor.
