Nebraska aka the boondocks | I would concur with others that have said, you have to plan for 300 bushel corn. Having done the NCGA contest for several years, you don't accidentally get a 300 bu. average on a field, come to think of it I never have...LOL. Keep in mind that a lot of nebraska pivots have an ample dose on a regular basis of 25 tons of manure. There are some really good fields out there, and some guys never tell anyone. Also remember not everyone was hot at night, a lot of places were in the low 60's at night in nebraska. so I won't say it isn't true, but I would also like to know the location... |
