It's not really the weight of the whole in itself that matters that much unless you have to go over bridges spanning the whole length! Look at how the weight is distributed on the ground: plenty of wheels, plenty of axles.
Getting such a train to move in such conditions is not the most difficult part.... it's more how far do you have to drive to reach cruising speed? How long does it take to stop? What happens when a tire blasts?
