His beans look like mine, it's not spider mites, it's that they've just burnt up from lack of moisture and the extreme heat.  Clay points and hillsides are the worst.  Finally had 1.25 inches of rain yesterday and I thought it might revive them, but they're too far gone to recover in those spots.
