I have never seen or heard of such a machine. This rig has a homemade look about it. That name tag may have been on some piece of machinery and cannibalized to make the main frame of this log splitter.
I noticed a centrifugal clutch. Wonder how they reverse it to pull the splitter back and limit the stroke both ways.
