Is it plastic or metal pipe? I have never done it, but i thinkpeople used to hook up a welder to the pipe if it was metal, hook the positive on one end, and the ground somewhere on the pipe, would guess as low as possable but probably doesn't matter. Again I have never done it and it sounds a little scary, I hate mixing water , metal, and electricity togather but if you know how to do it it might work.
