How deep is you line and where do you think it is froze? Your really only option is hot water, the question is from what end do you feed it. If the line is buried deep enough, and it is only froze where it is coming up to the bowl, the suggestion is to take the bowl apart to the point that you have a straight run at the line going under ground. Then you feed a smaller line, small copper line, break line, or liquid fertilizer line in and run hot water down the small line when you can't push it anymore, untill it melts the ice, then you keep feeding it in untill you get water. Not fun, but only other option is to wait till spring. If you are a long way from water, maybe a portable stove, bbq, or turkey cooker to heat water.
