In the state of Illinois there are a lot of JD 6400-6420's mowing state and county highways, so they must not be too bad of tractors.
Municipal tractors are seldom bought on quality; often on price. Manufacturers suck up to large municipal fleet bids, there's tons of exposure that can't be bought in print ads. Your post proves the point.
JD 6400/6410 Any good??
