We run a 6410, 6415, 6320. And have had only the smallest of problems. They have been very reliable tractors that are comfortable for their size. Ours all have left hand reversers with the 16 or 24 power quad. It is a good chore transmission. While we never work with bales ours easily handle 2500+lb bulk totes with rear ballast.
