USA | Not all livestock producers raise grain or farm enough acres to raise the amount of grain they consume. I don't have livestock, why do I need a DCP payment, with crop insurance this year.
IMO need to make sure to keep the livestock folks keep going, instead of throwing in the towel.
Eliminate DCP payment, give livestock producers instead $1.50 per bu of corn fed and $2 bu for up to 25% of the ration that is replaced with Wheat. | |
